The purpose of this course is to create 10-hours of instruction in business operations and professional responsibilities that inspectors can take to meet their licensing education requirements. In general, this course will provide inspectors with an overview of the different types of business entities within the inspection industry and will discuss the legal responsibilities of inspectors. In detail, the topics of preinspection agreements, conflicts of interest, and financial protection will be addressed throughout this course.
